Andrew, love your videos. You are very knowledgeable on the subject of antennas. I noticed on my dji phantom 3 advanced controller that the panel antenna measures 52 ohms but the omni measures open.. i saw your yagi design and noticed that the coax shield was on one side of the loop and the center conductor was attached to the other side of the loop creating a short. Wouldn't this burn up the transmitter output? I haven't seen impedance or open resistance and the effects on transmitters explained anywhere on RUclips. Could you help us out? Thanks

thanks chief. I have issue with signal strength indoor, and I wanna build a 700/1800MHz 4G+ antenna. I have already Mikrotik router with LTE class12 modem. Does the coax cable matter, please? I can squeeze about 3mm wire through out the old windows (old rented flat). I can't drill walls or window frames. I have some old 3G antenna with external antenna, and they have about 3mm coax. Any suggestions to this challenge? all standard coax cables have around 5-6mm

You need to consider L/D of your element construction. At these freqs the effect is dramatic, as youve shown
